I've had nothing but great experiences at Oak Elm and want to thank the staff and Dr. Iqbal for everything they've done for my puppy Max since I adopted her. Oak Elm has vaccinated her, spayed her, and provided flea tick medicine and a heart worm preventative. It's standard treatment but I never wait long and the one time I did need Max to be seen immediately, Dr. Iqbal told me to come in right away and Max was being examined within 15 minutes. That's hard to beat.

If I could rate my experience as a 1st time patient it would have been 50+++ stars! There are far and few hospitals that give the compassion and the PROPER MEDICAL care as Oak Elm Animal Hospital gave me and my 6 lbs Maltese. Since we have had our dog for a little over a 5 year, I have found Oak Elm Animal Hospital to be a great Veterinary Hospital. We primarily see Dr. Iqbal and he is caring, compassionate, and very informative. He returns phone calls, explains questions in details, and really takes the extra step in making us and our dog feel at home. We really love him!!!! We seem to be more "frequent flyers" with our dog than we would like to be, but it's so much easier when you have a caring vet and staff to help you. I would most definitely recommend Oak Elm Animal Hospital to anyone in the area. In summary, whether your loved one is 2lbs or 85lbs, is a dog, cat, rat, or guinea pig e.t.c. and you seek top notch "affordable" vet care, with "highly skilled" compassionate doctors that places your pets needs first then this is the place for you.

I can only say they are amazing. Dr Iqbal was one of those unique doctors that cares. He stayed after hours so we could bring our dog in. And we had never been there before. She got so sick so fast we just couldn't wait and he stayed, took his time and even gave us his cell number just incase she got worse during the night. Thank god for this amazing doctor!  If your pet needs help you can count of them!
